Congratulations to Chef Michael Bush: Named to Club + Resort Chef’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2025!

We are thrilled to share that Michael Bush, Executive Chef at Meadowbrook Country Club, has been named one of Club + Resort Chef’s “40 Under 40” honorees for 2025.
Chef Bush began his culinary journey at just 15 years old and went on to graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. By the age of 22, he was representing the U.S. on the Jr. Culinary Olympic team. Now, with over a decade of leadership as Executive Chef at Meadowbrook, he continues to push the boundaries of excellence through innovation, mentorship, and an unwavering dedication to his team and craft.
In his interview with Club + Resort Chef, Chef Bush reflects on his journey, the mentors who inspired him, and his goals for the future—including building out refined pizza, bread, and BBQ programs, and establishing a healthier work-life balance for his culinary team.
